Switzerland:
We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 35; below that, shipping costs CHF 5. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
Europe:
For orders to EU countries, shipping is free from CHF 100. Below CHF 100, the flat shipping fee is CHF 15 according to the shipping policy. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Additional customs or import fees may apply depending on the country.
Returns:
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange, store credit, or refund. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Returns must be sent back to us independently—items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
