How quickly will my order arrive?
Your package usually arrives within 1–3 business days – directly from Switzerland to your home. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
For deliveries to the EU, the shipping time is usually 3–7 business days. Here too, you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on its way.
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit. Once approved, you will receive all necessary instructions from us for the return shipment. Please note that you must send the package back to us yourself, and we do not accept items without prior request.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us directly. Send us a short video or photo for documentation so we can review the case – we will quickly provide a suitable solution, whether a replacement, store credit, or refund in CHF.
Can I return the items if they don't fit?
Shipping within Switzerland is free – no matter how many items you order.
For orders to the EU, a flat shipping fee of CHF 10 applies. The amount is automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that customs or import fees may apply additionally and are charged by local authorities.
