Shipping policy

Switzerland

We are pleased to offer you free shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 35. For orders under CHF 35, we currently do not ship products. 
Once you have placed your order, we will start processing it immediately – usually within 1 to 2 business days.

When your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link (if available). Delivery within Switzerland typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

EU

For orders to EU countries, shipping is free for orders over CHF 100. For orders under CHF 100, we charge a fair shipping fee, which will be shown to you at checkout. Delivery to the EU usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Additional customs and import fees may apply for deliveries abroad, which must be paid by you as the recipient.

Please note: No shipping takes place on weekends and public holidays. In these cases, processing will automatically be postponed to the next business day.

- Within Switzerland, shipping is free for orders over CHF 35. 
- We also deliver to EU countries free of charge for orders over CHF 100.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please first check the tracking information. If problems persist or if you suspect your package is lost, please contact us directly at info@athlix-performance.com. We will assist you promptly and help you as quickly as possible.

Please make sure to enter a correct delivery address during checkout. If delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address, a refund is unfortunately not possible. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately – we will then try to correct the address in time.
