Shipping policy

We ship within Switzerland and across the entire European Union. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link (where available).

Shipping within Switzerland

Shipping within Switzerland is free on orders over CHF 35. Below that, a flat shipping fee of CHF 5 applies.

Delivery time: usually 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping to the EU

Shipping to EU countries is free on orders over CHF 100. Below that, a flat shipping fee of CHF 15 applies.

Delivery time: usually 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

For international deliveries, additional customs and import duties may apply and are payable by you.

Processing

We start processing your order right away — usually within 1 to 2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays; processing automatically moves to the next business day.

Delivery problems

If your order doesn't arrive within the stated delivery window, check the tracking first. If the problem persists or you suspect the parcel is lost, contact us directly at info@athlix-performance.com. We'll take care of it right away.

Incorrect delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. If a delivery cannot be made because of an incorrect address, a refund is not possible. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct the address in time.
