We offer you a 14-day right to exchange or store credits within Switzerland. This means: You can exchange items for a different size within 14 days of receipt or receive a voucher / store credits equal to the order value.
Conditions for Exchange or Store Credits (Switzerland only)
To have your exchange accepted, the item must:
- be in the same condition as when you received it,
- be unworn, unused, and with all tags attached,
- be in the original packaging,
- include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).
You can register the return directly through your account or please contact us at info@athlix-performance.com.

Please note that a return must be registered first. Shipping is your responsibility, and we cannot accept items sent back without prior request.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Delivered Items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately and send a short video for documentation. We will arrange a replacement or store credits.
Exceptions – Items That Cannot Be Exchanged
The following items are excluded from exchange:
- Personalized items or custom orders
- Hygiene products and care items (e.g., socks and underwear)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
- Gift vouchers
- Discounted or reduced items
If you are unsure whether your item can be exchanged, please feel free to contact us in advance.
Refunds
Please note: In Switzerland, we do not offer refunds in CHF. Instead, you will receive store credits upon request or can exchange the item for a different size.
EU Orders
Please note that for orders outside Switzerland – especially to EU countries – no returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible.
