Welcome to Athlix Performance. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website athlix-performance.com as well as all orders and purchases. Please read them carefully before submitting your order.

Formation of contract

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email does not constitute acceptance. The purchase contract is only formed once we send you an explicit order confirmation or ship the goods.

We reserve the right to reject orders without giving reasons, or to accept them in part — in particular in the case of unavailable items or pricing errors.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. There are no hidden costs.

You can pay securely by credit card, PayPal or Twint. Your payment data is treated confidentially and protected with modern encryption technology.

Shipping and delivery

Within Switzerland, we usually deliver within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order. Deliveries to the EU usually take 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping within Switzerland is free on orders over CHF 35. Below that, a flat shipping fee of CHF 5 applies. Shipping costs for EU orders are shown at checkout.

Should any delays occur, we'll inform you immediately by email. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.

Returns and exchanges

Within Switzerland, you have 14 days from receipt to request an exchange (e.g. for a different size), store credit or a refund in CHF. Once approved, you'll receive the return instructions. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

For EU orders, no exchanges or refunds are possible.

You'll find the details in our separate Return and Exchange Policy. Please contact customer service before any return — items sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

Warranty and liability

The quality of our products is our top priority. If, despite strict quality controls, an item shows material or manufacturing defects, we'll replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling, or damage caused by failing to follow the care instructions. If you have any questions about product care, we're always here for you.

Data protection

We treat your personal data as strictly confidential and use it exclusively to process your order, for shipping, and to improve our customer service. You'll find all the details in our separate Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

Athlix Performance KlG reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time — for example, to reflect legal changes or to improve our services. The Terms published at the time of your order always apply to that order. Please check this page regularly to stay informed about updates.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

All contracts and legal relationships between you and Athlix Performance KlG are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contract or these Terms is the registered office of Athlix Performance KlG (Hittnau, Switzerland).
