To ensure your Athlix Essential or Performance piece retains its shape, color, and quality for a long time, we recommend gentle care.
Always follow the care label on the product, as specific washing and care instructions may vary depending on the material, print, and finish.
In general, we recommend washing inside out, with similar colors, avoiding high heat, air drying if possible, and not ironing prints, logos, or embroidery directly.

Shipping and Returns
Switzerland:
We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders over CHF 35; below that, shipping costs CHF 5. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
Europe:
For orders to EU countries, shipping is free from CHF 100. Below CHF 100, the flat shipping rate is CHF 15 according to the shipping policy. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Additional customs or import fees may apply depending on the country.
Returns:
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange, store credit, or refund. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions. Returns must be sent back to us independently—items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
