To help your Athlix Essential or Performance piece retain its shape, color, and quality for longer, we recommend gentle care.
Always follow the care label on the product, as the exact washing and care instructions may vary depending on the material, print, and construction.
In general, we recommend washing inside out, washing with similar colors, avoiding high heat, air-drying whenever possible, and not ironing directly over prints, logos, or embroidery.
The care label on the product always takes precedence.
Shipping and Returns
Switzerland:
We offer free delivery within Switzerland on orders over CHF 35; below this amount, shipping costs CHF 5. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery generally takes 1–3 business days.
Europe:
Shipping to EU countries is free on orders over CHF 100. Below CHF 100, the flat shipping fee is CHF 15, in accordance with our shipping policy. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days. Additional customs or import fees may apply depending on the country.
Returns:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. You are responsible for sending the return to us—items sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
